Intranet Hub

Intranet hub home page. Main page that contains daily news articles and general school information. The right side contains quick links to teacher and student home pages. This sidebar also contains interactive "widgets" such as book/movie/video game reviews and quick polls that can be easily configured by the system administrator.

Office Applications

Administration office functions page. Allows the administration staff to configure the system as well as view student attendance and grade reports. Only privileged users can access this area which is secure from both teaching staff and students. These users have a quick view of which students are absent with immediate access to to parent and emergency phone numbers.

Classroom Applications

Classroom functions to be accessed on a daily basis by the teacher. This section provides an easy point and click interface to allow the teacher to record daily information. This interface is configured to look similar to the green paper record book that has been used for years. From the same screen a teacher can enter students test and quiz grades as well as take daily attendance.
